In the area of products liability, Camille has defended manufactures of heavy equipment, automobiles, and other consumer products. Camille uses her scientific background to assist in the overall defense strategy and case management, with particular focus on treating physician depositions, medical expert depositions, and plaintiff expert depositions. Through her strong written advocacy skills, she has also been entrusted with handling pre-trial documents including motions for summary judgment, Daubert motions, and brief outlines.
In addition to practicing before federal and state courts, Camille also represents clients in matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), where she has second-chaired multiple proceedings.
