Litigator Joseph Ronderos joins McGlinchey Stafford’s Nashville Office

McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Joseph V. Ronderos, Jr. has joined the firm’s national Commercial Litigation and Financial Services Litigation practice groups in Nashville.

Licensed in Tennessee and Alabama, Joseph primarily represents financial institutions including national and state banks, consumer finance companies, and others in a wide variety of litigated matters in state and federal courts, with a focus on defending these clients against lender liability actions.

Joseph’s experience also includes representing clients in products liability, personal injury, and corporate matters, defending breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation, and Tennessee Consumer Protection Act claims, and real property disputes.

Shaun Ramey who leads the firm’s Nashville office said, “We are excited to grow our presence here in Nashville with the addition of a litigator of Joseph’s caliber.”
