McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Justin Amos has joined the firm’s national Consumer Financial Services Litigation and Commercial Litigation practice groups in Boston.
Justin represents firm clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation and financial services litigation matters in federal and state courts in Massachusetts and Vermont. He primarily defends consumer financial services litigation claims in lender liability actions on behalf of national and state banks, mortgage servicers, and other financial institutions.
Justin has previous experience defending complex consumer protection class actions, medical malpractice, long-term care liability, professional liability, and appellate litigation in both state and federal courts. He earned a J.D. magna cum laude from New England Law.
