McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Robert Im has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice in Irvine. Im represents firm clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation and financial services litigation matters in the federal and state courts in California.
Im primarily defends consumer financial services litigation claims in lender liability actions in state and federal courts while representing national and state banks, mortgage servicers, and other financial institutions. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Asian American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in California and earned a J.D. in 2014 from the University of California’s Hastings College of the Law.
