McGlinchey Stafford Welcomes Three New Associates in Cleveland Office

McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Jessica Wilson and Jeffrey Vaisa have joined the firm’s the Commercial Litigation practice in Cleveland. Jessica and Jeffrey represent clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation and financial services litigation matters in the Ohio state and federal courts, with a primary focus on defending banks, mortgage lenders, and loan servicers in consumer litigation.

Wilson primarily represents banks and mortgage lenders in consumer suits in state, federal, and bankruptcy court proceedings. Jessica earned a J.D. at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2014.

Vaisa primarily represents banks, mortgage servicers, and lenders in a wide variety of litigated matters including actions for fraud, wrongful foreclosure, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, negligence, and breach of contract. Jeff earned his J.D. in 2016 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

The firm is also proud to announce that Emily Honsa Hicks has joined the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Compliance team, handling complex regulatory matters for clients including banks, finance companies, mortgage companies, and online lenders. Emily has a depth of experience in consumer lending compliance, including regulatory, foreclosure, and bankruptcy compliance. She earned a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2009 and holds an American Bankers Association certification as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager.
