McGlinchey Stafford lawyers strive to be teachers, role models, and good citizens in the legal profession and in the community. Our commitment to our communities includes a commitment to pro bono service, which is a core value of the firm. Individual lawyers are encouraged to identify appropriate opportunities in which individuals and groups might participate and provide pro bono representation that supports and impacts the communities in which our clients live and work. We provide up to 50 hours of billing credit to our attorneys who work on pro bono matters and have committed to the representation of multiple criminal defendants due to the lack of funding for public defenders. Our lawyers also regularly provide legal assistance to the homeless through local organizations.
